Self-Promotional Kit

This self-promotional “exploration” kit is based on the concept of “what inspires us to create”.

Incorporating my love of woodworking, science and nature, I created an entomology themed promo kit. Inside the box, there is a magnifying glass (to explore the world through a different lens), a butterfly specimen (inspiration from our natural world), and a “lab book” (with an acetate overlay, reminiscent of old-school science books) inviting the viewer to “explore” my online portfolio. Vintage paper placemats of a Pacific Northwest mountain and forest scene have been repurposed throughout the kit, as a reference to my PNW home. Each kit is hand-crafted and assembled in my studio, then delivered to select, prospective clients.
